We’re all creative. You included. But it’s been beaten, mocked, or shamed out of us. Thankfully, we can get it back. These are musings from my journal—with some of the ruckus I produce there—poems of others I’ve copied, essays I’ve scratched out, work of artist friends I admire, a self-portrait or two. The beauty of the daily journal is that it’s the perfect place to make a mess. It’s just paper!
